To our core, we are organizers. We have seen, in practice, the power of community organizing. Every step our organization has taken toward building a more just society started with a conversation between an organizer and a community member at their home, on the phone, or at an event.

We know the most just way to advocate for change is to bring impacted communities to the front. We can only do that by having a team of passionate individuals, including organizers who connect on the phones and doors every day.
Positions start at $21.50 an hour with a bonus and come with competitive healthcare and pension benefits. We offer paid sick, vacation, and holiday leave.
